The Board of Directors of PJSC "Russian Aquaculture") (MOEX: AQUA), the largest Russian company in the commercial fish farming (aquaculture) sector, has recommended paying dividends in the amount of RUB 4.00 per ordinary share based on the results of the first quarter of 2021. Based on the recommendations, the total amount of dividends paid based on the results of the first quarter of 2021 may amount to 351.5 million rubles. The Board of Directors recommended setting the date for determining the persons entitled to receive dividends - July 11, 2021.
